Week of February 24

Hey Planner Lovers,

This week’s planner theme I wrapped up Black History Month, dedicating it to my ancestors. In this layout, I used sticker dolls that represent the amazing women in my family who came before me. Women, who I’m sure prayed for future generations. Prayers that have covered my great-grandparents, grandparents, parents, myself, my children, my grandchildren, future generations, and so on. I believe that once we utter a prayer, it lives on forever. Wow! That right there is powerful. God is truly good.

The bold script stickers are reminders to me of the courage Black women embodied to not only survive, but to thrive in perilous times.

It’s important that I never forget this and that it’s my duty to carry the baton before passing it on to the next generation.
