My Secret Santa gifted me a $25 Sephora gift card which was much appreciated since I shop at Sephora often. Y’all know how it is on December 26 when you calculate up all the money you’ve spent and you’re looking for ways on how to cut back on the spending? Well, that’s what I was doing as I browsed the store, seeing what I could get that would make me happy and not go over $25.
It didn’t take me long before I moseyed over to Sephora’s brand of makeup. I am a sucker for eyeshadows! Some might call me boring because I stick with nude colors. Nope, not this time around. I went for bold and beautiful colors. I picked up two of the Destinations eyeshadow palettes in Gone West and Southern Charm. These palettes have a base shade with six other colors. I can’t wait to experiment with them. Stay tuned for another blog post with pics of different looks I come up with using the palettes. Each palette was on sale for $7.50. Regular price is $15.
Next on the list is Sephora’s Lashcraft length & volume mascara in noir (black). I’ve been using Clinique’s mascara for the longest and wanted to try something new. Sale price was $5. Regular price is $12.
The last thing I picked up was the Sephora Collection Clean Eye Mask in caffeine for $4.
After taxes, my out-of-pocket cost was…drum roll…$0.64! I feel like I hit the jackpot!
I also used 500 of my Sephora points to get this Sulwhasoo Korean skincare travel size kit. This bad boy will go with me on my cruise in late February. 🙂
Until next time,
